our key moments

1987

– Big Bang: creation and early stages of the Group’s ambitions

In 1987, the grouping of seven loss adjustment firms gave rise to the Texa Group which in turn became the Stelliant Group in 2017.
This synergy of multi-sectoral experts meant a common aim was quickly established: to constantly develop a global insurance service offer which would be innovative and international.

2000

– Stelliant in an expanding universe

The world is constantly changing. In the early 2000s, technological and societal upheavals accelerated the development and appearance of new risks.

Aware of what was at stake for companies to guarantee the long-term future of their business against this background, the Group created TGS in 2003. This subsidiary, dedicated to corporate risk appraisal, works on large-scale claims in France and abroad using a multi-specialist, multi-sectoral approach.
In line with this initiative, the Group founded a branch of specialists dedicated to the construction sector, strengthened in 2013 by the acquisition of CLE Expertises.

In the same year, the Group extended its international expansion, becoming the exclusive partner of Crawford. In this way, Stelliant established its global task force and now operates in over 80 countries.
Moreover, by pursuing agreements with local loss adjusters, the Group benefits from an extended field of action to support its customers across borders.

In 2014, TEXA became the sole representative for delegated claim management in France for Crawford under the Broadspire brand. In the same year, Christian Arrebolle took over as chairman of the Group.

2013

– A dynamic universe: a pioneer in insurance services

Studded with complementary services, businesses and skills, the Stelliant universe has developed over the years and now covers the entire risk chain. A global, agile approach to risk management open to innovative ecosystems and driven by the daily adaptability of its men and women, enabling us to provide a personalised response to all issues, however complex.
