Foster the ecological transition in our activities through the reduction of our ecological footprint, the optimization of digital consumption and the use of more ecological equipment and materials.

Building new skills for our employees by thinking about the jobs of tomorrow, by defining those that are losing ground and by helping employees prepare for this transition, while promoting diversity and encouraging individual initiative and collaboration within the company

Support responsible choices

Encouraging ethical choices among our customers, policyholders and subcontractors, supporting those involved in the ecological transition and its social impacts, and ensuring the development of an ethical and sustainable economy with our customers and suppliers.

A committed Group

Environmental issues for the Stelliant group are focused around its various businesses through innovative solutions, business mobility, energy consumption in buildings and the materials used or suggested during its services.Our initiatives follow the recommendations of our carbon footprint, which is updated annually.

The CSR Charter reflects the Group’s commitment at every level. We encourage customers to make choices that favour the ecological transition, and we raise environmental awareness among our employees. Lastly, we are developing long-term partnerships with our service providers, through a responsible purchasing charter and regular audits to enable us to make informed choices about our partners.

Promoting responsible electricity consumption

With our EcoWatt plugin, our visitors have easy access to information on the current level of electricity consumption in France. The clear, legible signals provide invaluable guidance for adapting their behaviour and adopting the right actions to ensure a balanced electricity supply for all.

By integrating EcoWatt into our website, we want to raise awareness among our customers, partners and employees of the importance of controlling energy consumption. Together, we can help to reduce our ecological footprint and preserve our planet for future generations.

A responsible purchasing policy

By joining the United Nations Global Compact (see www.pactemondial.org and Appendix 2) on 20 January 2016, Stelliant Group has committed to applying, promoting and supporting the fundamental principles of Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) in all its activities.

The purpose of this “Supplier CSR Charter” is to share with suppliers (existing or potential) the principles governing responsible purchasing and to specify the commitments expected of suppliers in return.

Deontology & ethics

Over the course of our history, the Stelliant Group has developed based on the fundamentals of honesty, integrity, team spirit and added value. At the heart of our internal and external relationships, these essential principles are part of our DNA. Aware of their importance, we have formalised the fundamental rules that govern our day-to-day actions in this Code of Ethics.

This Code describes the most common difficult situations; for other cases not described here, it is up to each of us to combine discernment and common sense when a decision has to be taken.
